The Sally Beauty Co., Inc. continues its support of breast-cancer research this year by introducing two new products to benefit City of Hope.
MTV makeup artist Kristi Fuhrmann assisted Sally Beauty last year in formulating Hope Lip Gloss, in a shimmery pink shade. This year, with Fuhrmann’s help, two new products are set to debut: Sally Girl Faith, a clear roll-on strawberry-flavored lip gloss, and Sally Girl Faith Nail Color, in a shimmery pink shade.
Ten percent from each sale of the two products will benefit City of Hope and its breast-cancer research programs. Starting in September, the items will be sold in 2,000 Sally Beauty Supply Stores nationwide. Last year, Sally Beauty raised $100,000 for breast-cancer research through its product sales and Canister Campaign.
Founded in 1913, City of Hope was named by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best hospitals in 2004.
